Our Office

• Our office treats up to age 18.
• Our office still requires masks to be worn by all adults who enter the building.
• We are in network with most Dental PPOs and accept Georgia Medicaid, Peachstate, Caresource, and Amerigroup insurances.
• Cash, debit and all major credit cards are accepted for out of pocket payment. *service fee paid by card holder for all credit card transactions.*
• Only ONE unaccompanied guardian is allowed in the treatment/ cleaning area per family. Guardian must stay on premises for the duration of treatment or appointment will be cancelled.
• Only ONE patient, per family, per day, is allowed to be scheduled for operative treatment. Maximum of THREE patients, per family, per day can be scheduled for hygiene appointments.
• Starting August 1, 2021 there is a $15 rebooking fee required for appointments that are cancelled/ rescheduled with less than 24 hour notice prior to appointment time. The fee must be paid prior to any family member being seen.
